"We have stayed at The River Run every year since 2009. The best place to start your float with the convenience of shuttle drop off right across the street if you rent from Landa River Tubes. You can get in the river right at The River Run Condos and it will be about 3-4 hour float depending on crowds and water level. Pool is a plus! Very clean grounds. Plenty of bbq pits on the grounds. Great family condo grounds."

"We stayed here for several days for the first time. It definitely has its pros and cons. There are a lot of partiers at night but just loud talking and music. No fights or anything that we saw. They could only be heard while outside on our balcony or if the door was left open. During the day the pool is total chaos. The amount of unruly children was insane. They created more chaos and stress than the drunken parties. It didn’t help the parents did nothing to intervene while their kids were running wild. The pool really needs some sort of rule enforcement. Many tubers entering the condos and pool that weren’t staying there. Security is nice but needs to check wrist bands at the pool. I get kids need to run around and play but there is a time and place. When the pool is packed it’s not the time to have a football match with a group of kids running and jumping and trying to catch it right on top of people. We witnessed the ball hit several people including myself, an older couple, a tiny very young girl (several times), and a group of women trying to talk and enjoy drinks. This all happened every time they were using the pool. Zero concern for others trying to enjoy themselves. They were running around our table dripping water over our food and throwing the football over the table and when we asked them to stop and move away they got worse. The group of women also asked them to stop because it was so packed and they refused not to mention their father telling them they didn’t have to stop. Too much entitlement going on. Everyone had the right to use the pool but couldn’t because the chaos the kids created making it super stressful. It’s not their fault the parents had zero control over their behaviors and enabled it. I don’t know if there are always families that try to run the pool but if so we won’t stay here again. Really need to allow others to be a be able to relax and use the pool too and enjoy their vacations. Everyone is entitled to the pool. Perhaps the guard could round more and asked people using balls to take it to the grass or river. Maybe add a second pool for games or kids. Idk"

"We love River Run! The condo location is right on the river and within walking distance of Downtown. The property is beautiful with the pool and hot tub right on the river! Our condo 318C was beautifully decorated and had a fireplace!! The double balcony really expands your living space and is great to relax on! Working with Sandy at River Run was also a plus! She was very responsive to all my questions and was always upbeat."

"Place had security, 2 bedrooms and a pull out in the livingroom. There were 8 of us and we were not crowded at all. Also, it has a fully stocked kitchen, but no seasonings of any kind, so bring your own !! Nice pool and jacuzzi! Easy access to the river, and tube rentals. Only problem we had was the fridge didn't stay very cold, and the ice maker didn't work. Close to Walmart and some fast food places. We will be visiting again!! Oh and its close to the water park as well!"

"Whatever you do, do not stay in Unit 201A. After we first arrived and saw it in person, 2 people in our party decided to stay at a motel because the unit was so disgusting and totally outdated. Clearly NOTHING in the condo has been updated since it was built over 30 years ago. Bathrooms - Floors were so gross that we covered them towels to avoid touching them with our bare feet. Wad of hair from previous guests when I moved the bathroom trash can to pick up something I dropped. Tubs were stained/discolored, and shower heads so low that I hit my head on them (I'm only 5'6"). 6 towels provided for a room that sleeps 8. We asked for 2 more towels, and the woman in the office gave me 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels saying that was all she had. Bedrooms - Weird stains on the wall, and the only lamp in our room was a sad desk lamp on my night stand which had a gross, stained shade. Mattress was stiff and squeaked with every move. Sleeper Sofas - No sheets were provided for the 2 sleeper sofas despite the fact that the room was touted as sleeping 8 people (2 beds and 2 sofa beds), and the extra blankets that we had to use instead of sheets smelled musty as if they hadn't been cleaned recently. Windows/View - We chose this condo because it has a good view of the river, but in the morning the windows were obscured by condensation due to their old age and poor condition. It was clear the NOTHING in the condo has been updated since it was built over 30 years ago. Office Staff - The young woman in the office was disoriented to say the least. She struggled to keep her eyes open, her speech was slurred, and she kept rubbing her eyes and sniffling. She seemed to know that she was not in the condition to be serving customers because, after we checked in and were leaving the office, she randomly apologized with a sheepish look. She seemed put out when we asked for towels and sheets. The only reason that we didn't ask for our money back and stay somewhere else is because we had 6 people and had already paid for tubing at a rental place within walking distance.Additionally, the office staff was not eager to help in other interactions. We would love to talk to the property manager, but the emails to the property go through the young woman who part of the problem. I've stayed at various River Run condos over the past 30 years, and this was by far the worst condo and experience. I will never stay there again."
