We welcome dogs in 24 of our homes, and 71 of our vacation rentals have internet access for your convenience. Our professional housekeeping team ensures that each home is clean and stocked with amenities, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Located between San Antonio and Austin, New Braunfels was founded by German settlers in 1845 and is known for its work ethic and playfulness. Surrounded by water, our vacation rentals provide easy access to tubing on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, as well as water activities at Canyon Lake and Texas Ski Ranch.

"Nice, spacious home with a great backyard area and a front porch that calls you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee ! Gated yard with lock added an extra level of security for 5 female travelers. Nice location that’s away from the “tourist” area, but within just a few miles to each destination ! Loved the check out “rules” that did not require the “usual” rules of stripping down beds, starting laundry, etc., only asked that we start the dishwasher which helps make your vacation a vacation ! As well as needing to catch an early flight did not leave any extra time from wake up to closing the door ! Any questions were easy and quickly communicated. The trains that go by can be a bit much for those of us who are not use to it, however white noise helps while sleeping ! Overall a great place and would stay again when in San Antonio !"

"Vacasa gets no love from me. They are difficult to deal with. Fees are high. Couldn't even arange a Christmas Tree for the kids at Christmas with a months notice."

"Just arrived to our rental and are unable to get in via the codes provided. Were on the phone for almost an hour and we still couldn't get in. Instead of someone physically coming over to assist us, they just kept sending code after code. Will never rent through this company again. They're horrible. Zero customer service."

"Brook deals with our rental she has always been great. We however would not recommend this agency at all. 3 years and 27038.00 later we were given a surprise 30 day ‘intent not to renew lease’ after complying about an ongoing issue that was never fixed. Needless to say I did not find anywhere fast enough and 4 days after we were supposed to have moved Curt, the owner showed up at our door shaking telling us we need to get out and basically wouldn’t leave till I was balling. So the staff is great the company/owner not so much"
