"We stayed at the Angler Haus.. It wasn't too far from anything. Very convenient to go grocery shopping, get fast food, or even catch a movie at the drive in. Of course you can see the lazy river it's just feets away. It was Great. We had the swimming pool if they didn't want lazy river water, enough space to lazy around the house, and perfect spot to grill outside. At night is where I loved it the most.. we had a screened-in back porch and it was just quiet. I could relax without bugs landing on me. Definitely going back. Oh we were a family of 6 - 4 kids ranging from 17-2yrs old and they loved it too."
"This place is hidden gem! Tom, Taylor & staff were amazing made things easy and like we were home. So many scenic views take your pic from trails to kayaking the river, bring your tubes and float, even access to a pool and hot tub! Definitely going back to check out one of the other houses they have even closer to the river!"
"Love this company, we’ve stayed in a couple properties. Last we stayed in the catfish house and it’s so nice, it’s secluded and has access to the beautiful pool and hot tub. From the catfish house you can make s’mores on the campfire, go down and fish on the creek or take a walk in the old mines nearby, it’s an old abandoned mine, pretty cool. My son and dogs had a blast!"
"The Catfish Haus was just perfect for our small party. The house was equipped with everything we needed like we were at home. This place is kid and pet friendly. Even as it rained and stormed for the first half of our trip, it didn't effect our good time because of the GRAND COVERED PATIO. The rushing sounds of the river just made it a more perfectly beautiful night. Their community pool area was just gorgeous and so inviting. On our last day I called to request a later check out and actually got the owner on the phone. He was more than accommodating and helpful with questions in regards to the final bill. We have found our new secret hide away! *BONUS* House included full size washer and dryer."
