"Great spot! Cottages are older build but well maintained. Rooms have a basic stocked kitchen with dishwasher. No laundry on premises would be my major complaint. Situated on loop on the comal perfect for a short float. Also has a small river made pool with shallow area perfect for smaller humans."
"Rooms are pretty clean except for the exception of the bathroom. I found someone’s used inhaler in the bathroom drawer, telling me no one cleaned. On top of that, there was a dead cat right outside of our cabin, on our air conditioning unit. Was there since before we checked and no one noticed. Not at all accessible for people in wheelchairs. The front desk lady was being rude and rushing us to check out as she saw us helping my wheelchaired grandma into the car. Cabins are small and hot."
"We had a great time! Lots of wildlife to watch. They're located right on a horseshoe bend of the river, which is perfect for a 30 min float. Also, a shuttle comes to the resort to pick up you and your floats, then drop you off at Landa Park. That was about an hour float back to the resort. My 6yo daughter loved it!"
"Amazing place to go. A quick weekend vacation for a surprisingly not terrible price. The rooms are extremely clean. The bathrooms are flat out great. Of course you can't forget to mention the river. From the tube shoots to the amazing scenery as you're floating down. Fun place for kids too."
"We always have great time there. The kids love the deer and you can't beat the location; you can take the tubes, put-in on one side of the resort and float 30 minutes to the other side, or just hang out at the halfway point..."
