"Been coming here for about two years since we moved to the area. This last fall we unfortunately lost both our older dogs, and the whole staff was so kind and courteous through the whole end of life process. I wish Oswego Animal Hospital was worked/staffed/trained like this establishment. Had I known I would have come over to them many years ago."
"Not the best vet for nervous/anxious dogs. They overly pushed meds without any form of positive reinforcement from the staff (didn’t help that we saw someone new every time despite having an appointment). 2 stars just because they were accommodating for years- they just decided in the last 6 months (despite no change in behavior from my pup who is 5) that they can’t help with nail trimming without meds. They also did not offer to discuss different options or potential side effects, but immediately became rude when I expressed concern. Quick and efficient with my younger dog who is not as nervous, but still decided to go elsewhere just to give my nervous dog the best love I can with some one willing to discuss ALL options."
"Took our cat here after another facility told us she was stressed and would be fine. So glad we did. Docs did a thorough exam, ran a few tests and got her on some antibiotics. She's all set now and all said and done we spent about $300. They took great care of us!"

"This is a very well run animal hospital and the building itself is great. All of the employees are friendly and excellent with animals. Our dog sees Dr. Jason Long. Dr. Long is consistently courteous, humble and friendly. His bedside manner is fantastic and he always takes time to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend Yorkville Animal Hospital to family and friends."
