"Highly recommend Kayla! This was Uno's first groom, he's 5 mos. old and it was very important to me that he had a good experience! She did not give me an attitude like "of course I will be gentle and not traumatized him" (I got that with other groomers I spoke to when I was trying to find someone) She was super nice and agreed that their first grooms should be slow and not overwhelming. She was so gentile and sweet with handling him. I explained to her how we've been practicing at home with brushing and him allowing to touch his paws, face, ears, mouth etc. And she gave praises and let me know how well he behaved and how he reacted to the new environment, blow dryer etc. He just got a bath, blow dry, brushing, the face, sanitary areas, paws cut. She accomplished my bow request as well! When he was done his behavior was so relaxed and calm. I could clearly tell he was happy and had a good experience, which is exactly what I wanted. Thought I'd share in case anyone is looking for an amazing groomer!"

The staff took the time and care to walk through many different products and answered all of my questions in an educated manner.
