"It’s 2 pm in the afternoon. Just came back from trying to pick up my meds at this Walgreens, only for it to be closed again! This is the third time in a month that I have tried to pick up meds for my spouse and I, only to see they have the pharmacy closed again. It’s the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Time to look for a different pharmacy"

"Attempted to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy had a temporary sign of their early closing. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened. I understand Walgreens is a chain but this is sadly unreliable. A notice of the hour change would have been nice. I could have sent someone in my place."

"The pharmacy has no clue what they're doing. They're rude and they always have issues with insurance so perscriptions are NEVER done correctly. I waited in line thru drive thru with my 1 year old, who was sick, and the lady told me to pull around and wait so she could take care of the people behind me first. (Which was 4 other cars) when I waited 15 min for my turn for the 1 car infront of me. Requested me to come into the store. I have now changed pharmacys. My husband always has issues with them as well. Do not get your perscriptions filled here. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continuously have no clue what they're doing."

"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. We were flat-out ignored for 5 minutes+ at the register, while the tech chatted with another employee out of sight behind the counter. Meanwhile, a line formed and stretched down the aisle. We had appointments for booster vaccines and they were 30+ minutes late. The tech repeatedly asked why we were there. We were there because we are healthcare workers and had appointments. She was clearly trying to get us to leave. The real thing that almost drove me out was the tech giving the shot was arguing with another employee about what the dose is. My husband also registered for a flu shot at the same time and *they forgot to give it to him.* He'll visit another location for that. Another employee turned away 2 elderly people asking for booster shots because they didn't have appointments (& they were not told how to make them). One was told the pharmacy was too busy. We were the ONLY people there for shots for the entire hour we were there (it should have been 20 minutes total, including the 15-minute observation). About 5 people were told their prescriptions were running late. This was an absolute nightmare and we will obviously not return to this location. It was also gross to watch people with no masks on trying on every pair of sunglasses in the store with no redirection from employees, in a state with a mask mandate, during a pandemic. Is this somewhere you want to go for medicine or care when you're sick?"

"The Pharmacy is THE WORST Pharmacy that I have ever delt with. They get the medication wrong many many times, they don't have the medication ready WHEN it is on automatic refill and make excuses. There should be no excuse. It is set up monthly the medication should be ready. There have been a time when the *pharmacist* had given us the wrong medication. They need better educated people that know the importance of how to schedule medication for their customers. There are maybe 2 people that know what they are doing. But I don't understand why I have so many issues with this place."
