"Would either appreciate a smile from the cashier after spending $300 or bring back self checkout over 10 items. Plus I specifically asked for my things to be bagged as I asked, as I was just out of a surgery, using a cane and didn't want a lot of unnecessary bags, which is exactly what I got. May sound trivial but if you are going to offer customer service, it should come with a smile."
