He said "sorry cant do resizes bc the resizing tools are broken." Like cmon if you dont want to resize my watch hand it off to another employee. I ended up leaving and looked for a necklace elsewhere."

"I brought my smartwatch there for battery replacement. The staffs told me it is going to be around $100 and they don't replace it at the store. Turnaround time will be more than a month. They suggested me to simply buy a new one instead of replacing battery for my Gen 5. It's totally different from the comments I read, wondering if they have new staffs or Fossil has new rule. Will try another Fossil store. If it's the same results, I will never buy never Fossil watch again."
