"Walked in for something simple, was looking to get a resize on my watch and was looking to get my girl a necklace. I went up to the employee to ask if I could get a resize on my watch. He said "sorry cant do resizes bc the resizing tools are broken." Like cmon if you dont want to resize my watch hand it off to another employee. I ended up leaving and looked for a necklace elsewhere."
"The store lacks inventory and the staff is flippant, aloof, and inert. Store 8255 is by far the worst retail establishment I've ever entered. Proceed in accordance with scientists, when you find a fossil, leave it buried."
"I was looking to buy a new purse and a wallet and Hala helped me through the whole process and she convinced me to replace my wallet leather as well. she gave me a good deal. She is the best. I recommend everyone to ask her for help."
"I brought my smartwatch there for battery replacement. The staffs told me it is going to be around $100 and they don't replace it at the store. Turnaround time will be more than a month. They suggested me to simply buy a new one instead of replacing battery for my Gen 5. It's totally different from the comments I read, wondering if they have new staffs or Fossil has new rule. Will try another Fossil store. If it's the same results, I will never buy never Fossil watch again."
