"On February 17, I had terrible customer service from "Sales Lead" Nada. "Associate" Nada was extremely disrespectful when handling my purchase. She asked me "is this all your getting?" I replied yes it is for my girlfriend. She stated "every girl has this ring and it's very basic" I informed Sales Lead Nada that my girlfriend loved the ring and has been wanting it for quite some time. Again SALES LEAD Nada replied "you have a basic girlfriend". I believe it is highly inappropriate for a sales LEAD to voice her opinion in such a disrespectful manner. Also for Pandora to be a prestige company, I believe it is highly unethical to have such a rude associate as a lead. I feel extremely embarrassed to comeback to this store if she is still the lead!"

"Nada was extremely helpful in putting my new charms I was gifted onto my bracket in a cute order. Thank you for the fast, friendly service!"

"Service is very poor. In store waits are long and the store is frequently understaffed. They don’t answer the phone at all. They won’t cancel an online order after it’s confirmed. They force you to wait 24 hours after pickup of an online order to initiate a return. Very dissatisfied with my experiences at Pandora overall. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Definitely won’t return to Pandora after my current business with them is done. There are other options available for jewelry and charms. Edit to add that I attempted to contact Pandora via telephone at the store location, online chat and a phone call to the customer service number they provided in their reply and have not had any luck."

"I came into the store trying to get my Captain America charm replaced because it was getting a crack on the connector, what seems to be the store manager with yellow dreads was very persistent that the crack was part of the charm, even got her coworker to say the same thing until I told her to show me a new charm and when I proved her wrong she basically threw the charm to me to shut me up. Worst customer service like if I don’t buy pandora products"

"I have read reviews before writing mine and based on customer service..They are liars, rude and very lazy. First, you can’t do a successful return within 30days, then lying about changing my bangle to new one when she clearly cleaned the original one I purchased then lazying about when asked to view different charms. The light skinned sales rep with the dreads on should take a break if she is tired or not able to provide a good customer service. Everyone I know visiting this location is always dissatisfied with service. Shut down and stop hiding under the disguise of family owned location, who cares provide general good service…."
