"I give this establishment no stars. I only clicked one because you can't post until you do. In August I paid $600 for a custom name plate. I chatted via text with the representative showing pictures of desired piece. I was assured that i would receive the same type of piece as picture was shown. When i received the name plate, it was nothing like the picture. They took letters and welded them together. When i spoke with the representative and complained about the piece, he claimed he would get back to me, however, I never heard back from him. I disputed the transaction with my bank, but whatever fraudulent lies they told my bank, the credit they gave me was reversed. This company does not create custom pieces and lack integrity. They could have honored their word and remade the name plate to look like the picture we chatted about and discussed, however, instead they never called me back or even tried to make it right. I will never use this company again or refer anyone here."
"I’ve purchased several items from this jeweler. Had no issues until 2019. I dropped off my 4 gram 925 silver necklace box chain with both of my children’s names engraved for repair. The owner sold the company with out notifying customers. Needless to say, we have been unable to retrieve my necklace in The last 19 months. Terrible business practice. As for the new owners, they couldn’t help me get my merchandise back. I’ll never support them again!! Smh! Very disappointed in Zohra and others at charms, etc."
"Never waste your money there. They sell very low quality jewelries for very prices. I bought a stainless steel band and a pair of earrings for 54$. The earrings broke the next day. I went there to see if they do anything about it but they did not have any return or repair or exchange at all. A band similar to the band that I bought was sold for 13$ on Amazon and the earrings were like 5-6$. So, be careful. When you go there because they try hard to sell their garbage to you for the price of gold! They do not believe in clean money at all!"
