"J. Bradley Custom Pools and the entire team has done a superb job on our backyard pool and patio space, kitchen, fire, turf and bathroom addition. Caleb was a master at designing what fits our life, our style, in the odd space that exists, and within our budget. Jacob helped execute our vision from paper to actual, and with such precision from the crews, we ended up within 1-2" variance total from the draft to actual. That was very important to us, as the hardscape was the foundation for the landscape, and there was not much room for error. It is also astonishing, since the backyard is now more precise than anything inside the home. We had a few pivot moments in the project, added some areas, subtracted other parts, and it seamlessly worked with getting it communicated to the work crews, getting materials, making adjustments in costs and finishing within a reasonable time extension. We are extremely happy with not only the design aesthetics, but the total functionality of the backyard, and the ease of use for all the equipment and tech support by James. Thank you for seeing it through from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend J. Bradley to anyone doing a small or large project. They have expertise, knowledge and good common sense."

Let me begin by saying that I very rarely take the time to write a review, shame on me, but I could not let this opportunity pass to share the AMAZING experience we have had with the folks at J.Bradley. I work in finance, and professionally I have had the opportunity to work with several pool/backyard builders over the last 16 years. During this time, I have been able to hear the feedback both good and back with each homeowner’s experience with these companies, and none were as consistently pleasurable as those that worked with J.Bradley. So, when the time came to build our new pool (our second build), the choice was already clear. We started our journey with Cory, who blew us away from the design and consultation standpoint. Cory listened intently to our wants/wishes, and offered his expertise on what works best, what would fit our space the best, and offered guidance on each feature and benefit involved. Cory went out of his way to visit with us at home; to “tour” us through their impressive design studio; and presented what was far above what we had even envisioned when we began. Of course, price is a consideration for most, and Cory worked with us to design a project that met our price point, and helped guide us on items that could help meet our vision without breaking the bank. As construction began, we were then introduced to our Project Manager, Colby. My goodness, in my entire life I have never encountered someone as caring, diligent, competent, and sharp as Colby. From the very beginning, he remained in constant communication with us, clearly setting expectations, and yet- ended up far surpassing those expectations on what is usually one of the messiest construction projects folks undergo. Colby blew us away. He was incredibly responsive, offered guidance and answered questions, and PERSONALLY, oversaw each aspect of our build. I couldn’t believe how many examples there were of him going way above and beyond the “scope” of our construction agreement, and left us with an amazing, finished project with zero hassle, and above all else – constant piece of mind. I really could go on, it was that great of an experience, but I think I will leave it here: If you are considering a pool or backyard project, do yourself a favor and meet with these folks. You might end up thinking like me – one of the best decisions I have ever made."
