"I've repeatedly given this store and its employees (one in particular) the benefit of the doubt, but time and time again, I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service. My very first experience was going to the store in the early morning at 9am when according to the store hours they would be open. I checked the door and it was locked... thinking it was strange, I called from the parking lot, no answer. I waited in my car for awhile, then I saw someone walk up and unlock the doors 15 minutes late. Ok. Things happen. I went in for water test, the guy was VERY unfriendly... no greeting, no smile, nothing. I chalked it up to him having a bad day. Nope. Time and time again, if he is the one that is there, he is scowling, doesn't make you feel welcome as a customer. It's a really bad look for Leslie's. Even though we live close by, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. This man has no business being in the front face of a business where customer service should be a priority."

"Today is the second time this week that I have come to this location prior to closing time (6 p.m.) and found the doors to be locked. First visit I was here at 5:50, and second visit I arrive at 5: 46 and see the guy lock the doors and walk off. I only needed the water tested (honestly most common products are cheaper at lowes or Walmart). That would have been a quick easy process. Either change your operating hours to 5:30 or stay open until 6 p.m. Extremely disappointed."

"This store has always had problems keeping good employees. I went in about 2 weeks ago to get a water test and was going to have to buy a lot of chemicals as I had just refilled my entire pool with fresh water. 3 employees sat in the checkout area all playing on their phones, the mgr playing a game on one and watching a baseball game on a second one. I stood there with a water bottle in my hand for a while before one finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed a water test. After the test, he handed me the print out, said “here” and Sat back down to his phone. Never asked if I had any questions or if he could help me get what I needed or offered to help an any way at all. None of them looked up from their phones. I left and went to another store to spend the hundreds of dollars I needed to balance a freshly refilled pool and will NEVER go back to this store. This was probably the worst customer (non) service I’ve ever experienced anywhere, ever! I only gave them one star because there’s not a way to give negative stars."

"Manager refused to honor their online ad today! First he said, it was tax calculation, then after showing it was not, he advised that I return it. Very disappointed. Other Leslie's stores have been great, not this one. I will not go to this store again. Neither should you."

"Did not even know this location existed. Just checked Google and it showed up. Was hard to find when looking for it. Thought it was around Chick-fil-a but it was furthur back from 2920 next to Target and Dollar Tree. Very knowledgable and great service. Help loading very heavy items. Craig in the pic is very helpful. They seem to have a lot of products in a small space. Everything I needed in this trip."
