"Design and construction went fine. Have had the pool now for 10 years and there have been a lot of nagging maintenance issues. It’s not unusual to wait weeks for a service appointment. My spa loses water EVERY night (ongoing for more than two years). I have had Pool Man out a few (4-5?) times to source the problem and they continue to replace motors, valves and seals telling me the last ones are “no longer under warranty”. Briefly used them for cleaning service thinking that might help me stay on top of maintenance issues but it was expensive and we still had algae on our walls. They are hugely concerned about getting paid. They do not want to come out to check anything without a credit card on file."
