"After the brutal summer we had last year and swimming in a neighbors pool my wife and I decided we needed a pool of our own. I called several pool companies and Barbara at Ocean Blue Pools was the most responsive person of them all. After the initial call Barbara came to our house the next day and gave a very professional presentation and reviewed all of our options. Later that same day Barron gave us a scale CAD design of what we came up with and with a few tweaks we were comfortable with the final design. Shortly afterwards our construction superintendent Ivan came out and met with us and outlined our pool which I’m glad he did because we decided to widen our original design. This was our first pool and to say we were nervous is an understatement but the entire staff at OBP was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I not only want to brag about the OBP staff but I must mention the sun contractors. Each and every sub that came to the house was a master of their craft and was extremely polite, courteous and pleasant to be around. They took obvious pride in what they did and turned our pool into a work of art. Everything about our pool is the best of the best. The pumps, heater even Rosie (our pool vacuum) is top of the line. I can’t recommend OBP enough. The execution of this project was flawless and we are delighted with the final result and most importantly Baxter approves."

They handled every aspect of the permit process so we wouldn’t have to deal with the red tape of compliance regulations. Diane coordinated and effectively communicated with us throughout the entire process; which was highly appreciated. She was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. When construction started we met Ivan who is the Project Coordinator. He was very instrumental in coordinating with the sub contractots and communicating with us while on site. Barbara was extremely helpful in assisting us with types of materials, colors, etc. We also had great interaction with Lisa, their Office Manager and appreciated her role and professionalism throughout the process. The sub-contractors were all very respectful and courteous while working on our property. To say we are more than happy with our pool would be an understatement. It has been completed for a few weeks and Ocean Blue is still reaching out to make sure there are no issues. It’s comforting to know that they are a phone call away if we need any further assistance or experience any problems. We did experience a couple of minor glitches during the process which is to be expected, but all it took was a text or email to Ocean Blue and they were on it immediately.
