Went thru affirm, I’ve used them before(no problems)due to not wanting to provide someone payment without receiving item to protect myself, I live out of state. Glad I did. They stated they never received payment even though I stayed on the phone with Brenda when she verified with affirm online. They refused to give me necklace I had ordered. I did cancel order however I was just told Ok and given no proof. I was told i needed to call when they weren’t busy with customers as if I myself wasn’t a customer. Terrible experience do not recommend. Very dissatisfied. I would definitely look around for better customer service."
