"vanessa horrible boss i had something important medically that my husband needed to be with me. my husband works for her i asked him to notify her that would not be going in at least half the day i’m pregnant & high risk so my appointments when i need my husband with me are important. she disregarded everything!! putting me in so much distress. my morning was horrible when the technician arrived to my home to proceed with the procedure. i really needed the extra help from my husband here. smh"
"Took my 15 months old baby, the guy that help us with the ear piercing was very gentle, was trying to explain us the procedure, was extremely nice and took his time, it was a matter of 5 minutes but didn’t feel rushed. Cleaned up the tools and wore new gloves, etc. And well, We’ll see about it not getting infected or etc, but so far it was great. that’s because the guy mentioned he has done every age but our baby was the first ear piercing he has done in a little one, he did amazing! Only charged for the ear pieces, low $35 range $70 .."
"I bought a Cuban link chain it was a really nice chain I’ve had it for over a year, but when I went to go get it melted to make a piece out of it about 4 inches of the chain was fake gold.somewhat disappointed"
"This jewelry store is the absolute best, from everything to the presentation to the employees and their level of customer service. They also offer their own personal line of credit. Everyone is down to earth, and very personable and when it comes to piercings everyone has years of experience. Great prices and they always have specials and they will work with you to get you exactly what you need. Ask for Christina! Shes the store manager!"
"I took my two month old baby to pierce her ears, I was really nervous at first but I had a great experience. Two employees pierced her ears at the same time. I felt comfortable with both of them, they seemed confident and experienced."
