"Close to work so I can grab a few snacks and get cash back instead of going to ATM farther away. 1$ fee but better than ATM + out of network fee that's like 4.99$."

"I love going to this store. They have new stuff all the time and it's always well stocked. The employees always greet you when you come in . Naty and Hailey are always there to help you out when you have a question or concern. I've been to other Family Dollars but this one is my favorite."

"Tania the cashier is horrible. Can’t even be bothered to answer a question. All I asked was which register was open and didn’t answer so I placed my items in register one and she proceeded to yell to go to the other one instead!!!! RUDE!!"

"I love going to this family dollar but customer service is terrible. Last night a friend of mine and I went to go buy some feminine products that she was in much need of. Right when we walked in, not even one minute had passed by and an employee by the name of Tanya started ringing her little bell at the register saying " I am about to close the register." mind this we had just walked in, we didnt even notice they were about to close. She kept ringing the bell. Id say she rang it about 6 times contitually. As my friend looked for her feminine products quickly she continued with " Mam, you can't be looking around anymore. (we had just walked in, not even two minutes had passed by) You have to buy whatever you came in for because im about to close the register" with a very ugly tone. Such an ugly attitude.I then turned to me friend and told her she needed to pay already. As my friend payed the employee kept taking the change out of the register just completely mad and making mad grunting noises. So I had enough, I told her in a calm voice " mam, i know you probably had a long day but you have no right to treat us the way you are treating us" She then said "We are closing!" in a rude loud tone and a mad look on her face. I said " I understand, but aren't you supposed to wait for the last customer in the building to leave, instead of running them out with attitude?" She then literally came around the counter and told us we had to leave because she was closing" I then told her i was going to complain and rudely answered back saying " Go ahead complain, complain all you want. By all means do it!" When I looked to see if she had a badge, she didnt even have one at all." I thought that was very unprofessional. So I asked her "what is your name because I am going to complain because this isnt the way you treat customers" She then looked at me laughing and said have a nice day lady. I had been to this store many times and most of the employees are always with serious faces or sometimes they arent even at the register and when you get to the register they get bothered because they were stocking something or doing something. I always just buy my things and leave. I love the store because i always find what I need but customer service definitely needs to be addressed."

"Its a good store if you need something little like toothpaste or shampoo. They are not expensive. Very nice employees. Fast and easy never crowded."
