"I contacted Waterwayparts.com totally discouraged and not sure how to proceed with my AquaMaster sand filter pool pump. It had been heavily leaking out the backwash valve. I had ordered a spider gasket from Waterwayparts.com the prior week, received it, and installed it. They were extremely prompt in filling and shipping my order. Much to my dismay it did nothing to curb the flow of water going out my backwash valve. Then I called Waterwayparts.com. Whoever the gentleman was on the other end of the phone when I called took the time to help me troubleshoot my problem. As it turns out, I had my hoses hooked up incorrectly. He easily could have sold me more parts or let me comb the internet for hours searching for fixes, but he did not. Instead, he was patient, kind, and super helpful. I did the switcharoo of the hoses and walla...all fixed. I am extremely grateful Waterwayparts.com took the time to help me out. Thanks again. I am your pool customer for life!"
"I called this place for assistance on my pool cartridge. The man that assisted me (well I should say the one who answered the phone) was really rude and not helpful at all. I am a first time pool owner and I did have more questions but with that attitude seems the man doesn’t like his job. Will definitely take my business elsewhere."
