"Call back on a newly replaced Pentair Boost Rite that was leaking from the silver portion which was covered under warranty. Fiesta offered to replace the boost rite pump again. Jimmy seems very knowledgeable and helpful. My one recommendation would be to call the office before you allow a chargeable service so you can get a correct quote. What I thought would be around $70 turned into $100 but they did give a military discount of 5% that brought it down to $95.00 for the labor for adjusting the inside of the actuator. They communicate well and lead time was about a week both times I had them come out."

"Short version is Fiesta Pool Services is the best. We had an issue with a Hayward Heat Pump that was still under warranty. The people that installed the pool, (Hayward dealers) said we had a contact an A/C company to fix it and they would help with the paperwork after that. Strange but... OK. All the A/C folks I called wouldn't touch it b/c it was for a pool. This went on for months. I finally contacted my local Leslie's Pools because we bought it from Leslie's online. I explained the situation and they said they would contact the Hayward regional manager to recommend somebody. He/she recommended Fiesta Pool Service. A week later all the paperwork was handled and I had a brand new Hayward Heat Pro installed, up and running. Moving forward Fiesta Pool Services will be my first call when I need anything and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Fiesta Pool Services"

"Fiesta Pools is easy to work with. They scheduled us within a week and on the day of, reached out let us know their technician was on his way (at least 30 minutes before). Spencer, immediately assessed and repaired our Hayward heater, which had a gas leak. What we appreciate the most is that He communicated with us everything he did before he left. We are very satisfied and we look forward to using Fiesta Pools from now on for all of our equipment maintenance/warranty issues."

"Really? After $2k, 2 months, 5 “repairs”, lots of time, wasted water and chemicals, my pool is worse than before I called them. I’ve used this company under a different ownership but now it’s a mess. Starting with Gilbert, every time he came he sayid he finally fixed the pool, but it was all lies. Yesterday, he came again, after trying to reschedule, he said he forgot to ad a part and the DE kept going to the pool for more than a month, like he didn’t know all the trouble he caused. He said he fixed it and added more DE, but he didn’t. The pool is worse than when I called them 2 months and five repair visits ago. I wasted so much water because they kept saying there was no issue. I’m calling someone else."

"SCAM COMPANY!! -5 STARS! Our pool was better before their did it. JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND HIRE ANY OTHER COMPANY . I mean DIY CAN BE DONE BETTER Response to fiesta on reply: I have pictures with dates on them right after you claimed that you done work .Why would I hire someone after you if like you saying you done good job?"
