"Could be a nice pool, with the money they charge for admission they really need to update and fix some things. The covered umbrellas are constantly falling over with any wind, one actually fell on the back of my mothers neck. Nobody cared, and when we told a employee they just tied it up and put it aside for someone else to use. barely any chairs, no end tables to put your drinks on, the fence surrounding is falling apart. Now I’m worried about being under those umbrellas because I feel like it’s going to fall at any time. EDIT: this is how they solved the problem for the umbrellas UPDATE: well it finally happened after them disregarding the umbrella issue this 4th of July ended up with me being in the ER and having to get 2 staples in my head. The lifeguards umbrella caught wind and hit me in the head and they have still not contacted me."

"Tuesdays are free which is beneficial when you have summer school going on and the kids need a break. My friend runs a charter school and it's year round in the summer she has six students all boys and it's a real relief to let them go play in this pool because it is huge there's always lifeguards on staff. And everyone that works there is trained to help kids follow the rules and they really run a great tight ship basically. The employees are friendly and the place is immaculate. I would definitely recommend Forest oaks pool. I'm not sure if you have to be a resident of Leon valley to swim there but I do know that I went with a resident so that was my experience but otherwise I would suggest checking this pool out It's pretty awesome and it's very very big."

"I'm not a member but I live down the street, so I pass by frequently and it seems to be a nice little neighborhood pool. Usually families there, during the day time in the summer months, I don't believe it's open in the evening times, even during the summer, but that's only what I have observed from a distance. Considering most of the suburban neighborhood pools are closed permanently I guess this one is doing something right, considering it's still open, well maintained, and has a steady flow of swimmers enjoying it."

"Wonderful pool and wonderful staff. They have a snack bar with snacks and drinks for cheap. $5 For a Day pass. TOTALLY worth it. They have a 10ft deep end with a diving board."
