"Not sure why all the bad reviews, we arrived 2 hours early, got a dock, and were unloaded by our 8am appointment time. Ladies in the garden shack, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job petco!!!"
"This is a very restricted space for 18 wheelers to be making deliveries and pickups. This is a very disorganized crew that tends to schedule deliveries too close to each other and cannot meet a simple 18 pallet loading time within 3 hours. Furthermore as postmaster I have indicated to them that they have been engaged in mail fraud by putting in the incorrect destination address on the bills of lading. This may have not been intentional however official notification has been issued to the management that bills of ladings are federal documents according to: 49 CFR 395.11 (c): Bills of lading, itineraries, schedules, or equivalent documents that indicate the origin and destination of each trip; Be sure to check your bill of lading and ensure that you have the correct destination address and the correct seal numbers. There is a recipe for disaster here. There is too much crowding, lack of attention to detail, and no OSHA regulations enforcement of the way trailers are parked for loading."
"Arrived at 1245 for a 1300 appointment. Checked in with the guard and given a door to drop my trailer. Dropped my trailer and told to bobtail to the otherside of the building and park with other bobtail trucks. Took about 3 hrs before I got the call saying it was ready. Hooked up to it, pulled out and went back to the guard shack to get my paperwork and seal. A lot of drivers do a drop and hook here so the paperwork will be with the main office. Guard will give you instructions if you do a drop and hook."
"7 hours to load, no parking anywhere. Guard is kind of rude. Asked me what time my appointment was, I told her 2:30pm. She said that can’t be right because it’s shift change. I showed her my rate confirmation sheet and she still called someone to verify my appointment was correct. She was told that it was correct and then gave me a dock to back into. Make sure you bring lunch and there are no restrooms unless if you bobtail somewhere close by. Avoid this place"
"Arrived 30 minutes early without any problems. Looks like a j b hunt terminal. Truck stays off during live unload. Inside waiting room air is close to 72 degrees and circulated by fans. Has no parking signs on both sides of the street. 2 trucks were parked on the street. August 2018."
