"I haven't been there since before the pandemic. They have less variety compared to PetSmart but they have better prices. The attendants are very nice."
"They canceled one of the items on my order and when I went to the store they had about 8 of the item i wanted and when I took it up to check it out the guy said they do that when they have 1 left in the shelf. I told him there were a bunch of them. Then he charged me full price and didn't give me the online order discount!!! Terrible customer service."
"Heather in the fish dept can answer anything about all aquatic life. She helped me as a beginner and even has knowledge about ponds. She is my go to, so I only shop at this specific store."
"These people are always terribly slow at doing the simplest of things in the store. Also staff is not helpful and, in fact, will tell people things potentially harmful to their pets. Specifically one employee that is under the impression that she is a zoologist, gives out poor information like it’s going out of style. Prices are also awful."
