"A one star rating is much higher than you deserve, after the way you treated my mother today!! How dare you snatch Roxy from her & slam the door in her face. All because she was 10 minutes late?! Did you ask why she was 10 minutes late? No. If you had, you would know that both of my parents just had major surgeries within the past three weeks. She was late because of being a caregiver to my 80 year old father who just had back surgery one week ago. But that’s not even the worst part of what you did today! After being your client for 30 YEARS, you called my mother a _____, when all she said was that she will no longer be needing your services, after you slammed the door in her face! If you will treat a human who has paid you good money, every few months, for 30 YEARS like that - how do you treat defenseless animals that have no way to tell their owners? You should be ashamed of yourself, and I really hope you never experience being treated the way you behaved today!"
