"She has shaved our mini Aussie 2x now after being explicitly asked for him not to be shaved. Every time we pick him up we notice something was missed like his nails not being cut or his sanitary areas ares shaved like we asked. We will not be bringing him back we have been loyal for 4 years and have finally had enough. After the first time he was shaved we started to be more specific about what we were asking for and even have provided photos. I have attempted to schedule by Facebook messenger and didn’t hear back until weeks after requested date. I have called to schedule and nobody answers the phone. We are just fed up."
