"About as bad of a FBO as you can get. No help on the line, expensive fuel, no refreshments (not even bottled water), cramped and outdated facilities. Just not good. But this is Midland - and there is an oil boom - so this is pretty typical of everything in this town. UPDATE - These guys have really stepped up their service. New FBO is nice - nothing crazy fancy but they DO have bottled water and snacks available like any normal FBO. The line guys are eager, although not very experienced (that's OK as it is MY responsibility to make sure my plane is serviced right). The Avgas is not outrageously expensive - not cheap but not out of bounds either. That is fine. They did not charge me a ramp fee for three days of being parked on their ramp (I did purchase fuel). I did not need to park in a hangar, so I don't know if that would have been available if needed (it never was in the past so I usually would fly into Odessa-Schlemeyer where I could always get hangar space). Still - they are moving in the right direction and their service level has really improved in an admittedly tough labor environment in Midland. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!"

"Do yourself a favor and fly into Odessa (ODO) instead. Wildcatter blows Basin out of the water. I had to fly out of Basin for a week and if I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and sloppy FBO I have ever seen. The line techs don’t have uniforms, they just wear sloppy looking jeans and t-shirts with a reflective vest. The building itself is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The CSR’s were clueless. One line tech even argued with me about my fuel load after not giving me the correct one. They were lazy and did not have my aircraft ready (fueled up on time) more than once. This place was one headache after another. Do yourself a favor and save money on Aspirin. Go to ODO and Wildcatter."
