"Very unprofessional!! They treated my son with the out most discrimination. They don’t have proper teachers. They don’t work with the parents whatsoever. The husband and wife have serious metal issues because they do not know how to speak to us properly. very disrespectful and mean manners at all times. I don’t even know how they get qualified to run a leaning center smh. This place needs a serious investigation. I am very disappointed by how we got treated. How can you be a Christian leaning center and be this mean and disrespectful towards people. shame on you."

"*long post!!* A lot of reviews on here are very untruthful. I’ve had an amazing experience working here so far. The teachers here are great at what they do, very well mannered and classy women. I was trained professionally and the owners here work super well with you and are incredibly nice. Through out my experience I really can’t say anything bad about this place. The team work is incredible, the kids are well taken care of, treated fairly and with kindness, the place is well cleaned and taken care of. Some reviews state that the place was “dirty/unorganized.” Daycares aren’t perfect! We work with children guys! I’m overall satisfied with my job, it can be very stressful and tiring but at the end of the day, I’m prepared for another great adventure for the next day. When I first moved to Midland, I was very stressed about finding a job. I had several nursing interviews lined up and multiple job offers but out of all of them, this one caught my eye. The owners, Lynn and Leah, welcomed me with open arms, made me feel comfortable here as I have severe anxiety, offered me a position and allowed me to show them my work ethic and ability to do the things that need to get done by the end of the day. It’s a wonderful environment and great learning experience for everyone. I stepped out of my comfort zone and started taking care of children (which I swore I would never do unless they were my own lol!) but I don’t regret any decision I’ve made so far. I personally love this job, the kids, my coworkers, and I highly recommend this place for your kids!"

"Having to put your kids in daycare is always hard. You worry about them being taken care of while you’re at work. Little Lambs was such a blessing to us. We were new to Midland & our family was 5 hours away. We absolutely LOVED all the teachers & the staff. They use Brightwheel app which gives you peace of mind because you get to check on your little ones while at work. You will be able to see pictures, activities, feedings etc. Not to mention our kids loved it which is always a good sign. We had an infant & a 4 year old that was in Mrs Jennifer’s class. My daughter loves Mrs Jennifer! She is an amazing teacher! Our 6 year old also went there for the summer school program & she had so much fun! She loved Mrs Angel! We recently moved back closer to home but we will forever be grateful for Little Lambs. Thank you so much Mrs Leah, Mr Lynn, Mrs Jennifer, Mrs Angel & to all the teachers & staff. "Only gave my son a day to adapt before they kicked him out that hadn't been in day care for months. Little lambs didn't even let him finish the day before they asked for him to be picked up 3 hrs in. To top it off when I arrived he was peacefully asleep and they proceeded to wake him up just to get him out the door. They also suggested for me to get early intervention for my 2 yr old, which I specifically had already mentioned that he did have services but being new to town, I was looking for new services. They also pointed out the odd gestures he makes asking "if I have seen him do these before". I'm his mother and yes I notice but I had mentioned he was receiving therapy to help him but I suppose they don't listen or notate anything down. To be a Christian learning center you would think they'd be more understanding but they only want "normal" Children. They have no patience or actual caring for children. He needs to be around other kids as recommended by his pediatrician but little lambs didn't give him any patience or understanding. Luckily I found another daycare that is nothing but patient and my son has adapted after a week. This daycare is great if you have "normal" children."

"Little lambs had been such a blessing to me, in the beginning. My son who is now 2, had been attending since 6 weeks. And had no problems at all up until his last month. He began crying at drop off everyday which he hadn’t done at all. He also had a huge dramatic change in his behavior that was super disturbing. And I just had the motherly instinct that it was the day care. They are super inconsistent with teachers, it seems like they blindly hire any one who applies. And are super unorganized. The last straw for me is when they gave me my son with a huge scratch and no accident report was made and it took 4 days to see the video and we still didn’t get to find out what happened. But instead I saw my son crying distressed, and the teacher was just standing there with her arms crossed, ignoring him, this goes on and on for I want to say maybe 20 mins. And when I bring it up, Lynn had the audacity to say “I didn’t see it” even though he was right next to me watching the same video. Leah and Lynn are so rude, they didn’t let us continue to watch video to find out what happened. And they are not the good Christians they pretend to be. Mathew 23: 25-28. They should be ashamed for how they treated us. My son hasn’t been back since then and his behavior has been improving."
