"I'm not positive how they have five stars. I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks now trying to book my son's party. Finally, the lady told us that they had Saturday available, and that she would contact us the next day to finalize the order and get payment. We never heard from her, but we called and texted her multiple times, even asked her if she would just let us know if we needed to figure somewhere else out for the party, and theyve just been giving us the runaround for 2 weeks now. We personally went in to book the party, and apparently you can't do that. You have to book it online or over the phone, but they never ever ever answer their phones, and there is no way to book online. I don't recommend this place, ever. And I have known people who have had parties here who will never have a party here again. Like I said, I'm not sure how they have five stars."
"Nicely tucked away in Midessa New Heights Gym is almost euphoric as soon as you step inside from the west texas desert to a real life competition meet. The staff are friendly and welcoming, I have worries leaving my kids in the hands of these professionals. They won 1st place in this review. Sorry no photos."
"Coaches are always extremely supportive, professional, and push our kids to their full potential. They teach them what they need to learn along with respect, structure, and professional rules so they will be ready for competition. My daughter also was in the preschool class before joining hotshots and they were always wonderful with the little kids and helped instil proper form and rules as they get older and grow with the gymnastics community."
"Classes always run smoothly. My daughter really enjoys it and has learned so much in the little time she has been enrolled. We have been to a couple of other gyms and this one by far is the most organized and so far the best. It is a little out of the way for us but our experience here makes up for it. Nikki is very friendly, always welcoming and helpful when I’ve had any questions. The developmental Coaches are awesome with all the kids."
"Best kids gymnastics academy I've seen in the Permian Basin! This gym has a great facility and awesome staff! Everyone in the gym works together to provide the best gymnastics experience for the kids. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who's thinking of trying gymnastics!"
