"If you want a Vet clinic that cares about your pet, go somewhere else. I wish I knew her name but the lady on the phone might be the rudest person we’ve ever encountered. Gone here for years but when you need them the most they won’t do anything and they do not care one bit. Would never recommend them to anyone."

"Our pup had a check up that went well. The nurse was attentive to our pup during the exam and the doctor explained things and was gentle with him. We also had a grooming that went pretty well for the first time. Our dog was so soft and fluffy when done. The staff was friendly and helpful all round. A bunch of thank you for everything."

"The staff here was very caring, compassionate and sympathetic. The vet clinic we normally take our pets to was not opened at 4pm on a Tuesday (probably due to the weather) nor taking emergency calls and referred us to call the pet hospital in Aurora. The weather was bad and I couldnt stand to see my poor baby girl suffer due to medical issue that couldn't be cured and she was declining fast, I called to ask if they could put her down. Althought it was almost closing time they agreed to wait for us to get there and provide the service with compassion and sympathy. I am extremely greatful for them and will be bringing my future pets here."

One of my cats had an emergency a week and a half ago and they squeezed him in right away, kept him overnight, and took wonderful care of him.
