"I purchased a necklace from them in May and have had nothing but issues with it. I ordered it all the way from Wyoming so I did not have it in hand until mid June. Not even a month later it lost a diamond. We reached out and brought it to them from Wyoming. When we picked it up we were charged $40 even though we were told there would be no charge. Well long story short it lost more diamonds and was brought to them two additional times and charged another $70 to repair it. I tried working with them being understanding but they blamed the diamonds falling off due to me wearing it!? I paid $1600 for the necklace and pendant. I requested an exchange since I was never advised of the issues i would have due to the diamonds but was told the best they could do was $100!? I gave them multiple chances to make it right and keep my business but they only cared about taking more money from me. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. They provided horrible customer service."
