B1 feels welcoming, calming, friendly, and so much more. Every class you leave feeling as if you're a whole new person. You will for leave with a smile on your face (and sweaty! LOL). "I love going to B-1 to center myself. Regardless of how flexible I am that day going to hot yoga class always makes me feel refreshed and less stressed about my day. The facilities at B-1 are gorgeous, lovely shower rooms and I especially love their water bottle filter! The instructors are all sweethearts and make you feel comfortable whatever your skill level is. There are classes for every level yogi. I recommend you try B-1 if you are new to yoga!"
