"So I walked in Hibbett's today to look for new sneakers. I notice 2 employees one female behind the register wearing a yellow hoodie and a man with a black baseball cap on. I walked to the men's side then over to womens. No one said a word. I look around the store to verify the number of customers and I'm the only one. So I wait a little longer and no one speaks, like no greeting, no do you need any help, nothing! And they wonder why this mall is dying. The customer service is trash. I wont be be back. Also, I plan to tell all my customers and anyone who asked about shopping at Hibbett's NOT TO GO. THE SERVICE IS TRASH!"

"I think I own stock in this place by now, lol! In all seriousness though, they have the best employees. They are helpful, attentive and kind. This is the only place we take my family shopping for shoes and most of my kids school clothes are from here. I coach softball and am happy with the selection they have, it isn't huge but it gets the job done without being overwhelming or having to walk around a big department store. For real though, the employees get all the praise! Keep up the good work!"

"We stopped in Saturday afternoon, June 5th, and the three young men working were absolutely fantastic. My son needed basketball shoes as he was starting camp that Monday. They didn’t have the shoes he wanted in his size but brought out others they had and he did find a pair! While we were waiting they were getting us to try out the chairs set up on display. (They were comfy and we totally would have purchased if we were looking for them! Lol) We had a lot of laughs and I will say it was the best experience I have had. Customer service was top notch!"

"I ordered shorts to be delivered to store. I NEVER received a call. Then almost 2 weeks later get a text stating my order was canceled stating I didn't collect my order. No email, no call, no text stating order was ready for pickup. I would have picked them up if I would have been notified.. Called the store today and sure enough shorts are here. I have already paid and they aren't letting me take them because they say it doesn't show on their end that I paid. Now I have been at the store for over 30 minutes waiting for them to figure it out. Terrible customer service"
