"I would definitely NOT recommend this clinic as the doctor is misogynistic and sizeist. They had me do an in home sleep test which was INCONCLUSIVE and immediately they put me on a cpap machine despite my insistence that I slept well and didn't think I had any issues (i.e. I sleep through the night, don't snore etc) If I felt like I got ANY benefits from this experience I would have stuck it out but I didn't feel i was ever listened to or helped! The doctor seemed annoyed that I even asked questions or wanted explanations. The bills I received were insane given the fact that the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and I felt nothing was done to warrant the cost. This doctor has no bedside manner and personally I think he has a HUGE God complex. Ugh. Don't bother with this clinic. Dreadful dreadful dreadful."

"The obnoxious employees have your C-pap machine ready for you before you walk in the door. There is no way in Hades that you cannot find a better "clinic"."

"The 1 star is too high a rating: Linda L., I’m guessing the receptionist, was verbally abusive when I️ called to reschedule an appointment I️ had previously cancelled. When I️ confronted her regarding her tone and language, she told me that because she had worked for Dr. Munzir for 20 years she could speak to me any way she wanted and that there was nothing I️ could do about it."

"I was hesitant to have my sleep study done here after seeing the other poor reviews, but hoped I'd get lucky. Not so. This place is the worst "medical facility" I've ever encountered. DO NOT HAVE YOUR SLEEP STUDY HERE. You will regret it, trust me. The staff was decent, but the rooms are horrible and the walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING! I literally only slept 1 hour (I was in bed for 6 hours) because of constant noise and talking outside my room. Not just a couple times, it was the entire night. You will also hear everything from the adjoining rooms, including toilets flushing and even people urinating... no joke. Also, the air was so dry that it was difficult to breathe. I'm not sure what type of heating system they have, but it was completely unacceptable conditions for a sleep study. At the very least, they need to install humidifiers. Overall, a very disappointing experience that will likely require another sleep study at a "real" facility."

"Awful!!! Absolutely awful! The billing department, Carol, will send you to collections, though she claims she did her job correctly. After discontinuing my service with this office, she contacted about a bill three years later. Which she sent me to collections on without contacting me once. The bill was resolved through the insurance company and the collection agency. Every other doctor I had was paid correctly. Too bad the collection agent had to do Carol's job. That was over two years ago. Now she calls me saying that I owe the co-pay two years later. This is from 2011. Wow!!! Don't use this practice. I now use Dr. Hart through the Chicago Sleep center and I love them. I tried to keep my doctors local, but I would rather drive an half an hour than 1/2 mile to not deal with this. RUN!!!! Trust me, I heard other customers fighting with the office about billing issues, also."
