"In person customer service was great! But I was out of town and needed to talk to someone locally and have no way of talking to anyone but an AI which has no idea what I want. Most robot customer service reps at least connect you to a real person after a little while but this one would not budge. I get it’s a cost saving measure and you have a high call volume but you should post your local ship center phone number somewhere on your website or at least make it possible to talk to a real person at some point. If it’s this hard to get in touch with FedEx I’ll want to avoid this service in the future."

"Can't even print out a shipping label. A company I work with sent me shipping labels in my email and it's not possible to print them at a Fed ex facility. Real helpful"

"Drivers don't want to deliver packages, constantly putting in not delivered at 6pm-7pm even though they are supposed to deliver until 8pm. FedEx Dubuque, IA is a joke."

"Terrible customer service. Won't even print a Fedex label from email. They did it for me once before so I came in expecting it, I still have their email saved in my phone. I live 45mins from the Fedex ship center and pleaded with the callous blonde lady at the counter. She just didn't want to. And of course by the time I drove across town to let the happy customer service agents at Staples print it for free for me the office was closed. I hope management revisits this policy and this staff member."
