"Fedex is a trash fire. Do not ship or buy from anyone who uses them. Damaged Packages constantly, packages marked delivered when they haven't been, non existing customer service, packages late by week and weeks! Shut this company down!"
"FedEx is my distant 3rd choice when I need to ship anything. If I have any option, I'll give my business to USPS or UPS first. From our experience, FedEx consistently misses their projected delivery dates. We've had experiences ranging from where the initial delivery estimate for an Amazon order was changed by a day or days with no reason, when another order which was placed at the same time and delivered by UPS arrived as projected. Our most recent experience was with a package that was supposedly loaded on the truck, and out for delivery, was delayed (no adverse weather in the region) and not delivered until the next day. Even when they hit the delivery date they almost never are even remotely close to the projected delivery time. I've asked others in the area and they have similar experiences. If you need to depend on the delivery of something, go to the competition if at all possible."

Almost without fail, they do not meet the delivery date projected at the time of my order or as shown when tracking an order via their app. My latest experience was with a package that was supposedly loaded on the local truck for delivery and then, just as the projected delivery window was about to close, I was notified that it was unexpectedly delayed and would be delivered the following day. My experience is typically Amazon but we have had the same experience with order delivery from other companies. Projected delivery dates seem meaningless, which shows me that they have problems. I don't use them unless I have no other choice."
