I'd suggest the trip to Wentzville if you need this type of service."
"They sometimes hold our packages an extra day. On one occasion, I noticed that someone at UPS had changed the address on an order to make it temporarily undeliverable. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone was giggling like a schoolgirl while assuring me that my package would be delivered the next day. UPS must have a very good union."
