"Our services was great because of Maria & Madi. Maria came around a few times and checked on how we were doing and if there was anything she could help us with, along with other costumers. It was obvious that Maria takes pride in her job. Madi was great at costumer services and making sure she read the order back and everything was correct."

"Mistakes can be made but I experienced horrible customer service from Troy (Imos). I never leave reviews however I couldn't let this incident untold without warning others. We have been ordering from this imos for over 3 years and tipped the employees and drivers very well. Those who took my orders and those who delivered them. This order I paid over the phone and also gave them a 20.00 tip on my credit card. I spoke with the employee who I was tipping 80 dollars total. 40 for the driver and 40 for the employee who took my order. The employee verified my address and I stated 3 times that when the delivery driver arrives I will give additional tip as a thanks for what they do. She said thank you and hung up. I waited over 2 hours for our delivery. I then received a telephone call from a different employee asking if I was going to pick up the order. I was told at first they would remake the order and deliver it and was then placed on hold. A short time later they advised whoever took my order never told me they weren't delivering to zone three our area. Needless to say they only canceled the order. In fairness we've never had a problem ever until now. The food has always been good. When I advised I would never visit or buy again, they said sorry and never even asked or cared how they could make it right. If the owner needs more clarification of this incident please contact me."

"This is what we received when we ordered a salami and cheese sandwich. Literally 2 pieces of salami! Brought all food to the table except for the pizza. That came 20 mins after everyone else was finished eating."

"Would like to start this review by saying this is a great staff at the Troy location. Amongst the shortage of employees/high demand, they made a great pizza. Yes, the wait times a little long due to the high demand of a Friday evening and short staffing but that’s just what is expected for that shift. The staff is extremely friendly, and quick to help with anything they can. My goal is to let them know how great of a job they did/do on these tough shifts. Great job staff, Thank you!"

"Great tasting pizza! However, they lost a star for the poor customer/carryout service. There were plenty of workers who seemed more interested in their phones than passing out orders. Like I said my bacon and pepperoni pizza was incredible. I also ordered some t-ravs and they were excellent. Just too bad the customer service is what you remember...Update just visited this location again. I ordered the lunch special and it came with a 10" one-topping pizza and side of your choice. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese bread. The lunch special came with a drink and cost $13.50. My food was delicious and the service was much better."
