"Again as always 1/4 pound burgers raw even specifically asked them to please cook it this time as required under safe serve protocol called last 4 times and was told have new stove and havn't gotten it adjusted yet been a year still havnt got it adjusted refuse to allow to talk to general manager only a shift manager who had attitude that take it the way you get it if don't like it don't order it been going too long calling health department being a certified food preparer and safe serve certified they need to be aware"

"**update review** 1/23/24 Stopped in and got several things. Got home and went to eat the meal and noticed the 2 unsweetened teas were different colors. One was brown and see through clear. The other was a cloudy mud puddle shade. Why 2 different versions in same order on same day? *** UPDATE*** I only eat ham, egg and cheese sandwiches or biscuits and gravy for breakfast for 35 yrs if I eat breakfast at all. Out of all those biscuits and gravy bowls, I have never received one with so little gravy on it. Out of the smallest one I have received before, this is less than a third of that. Maybe 3 tablespoon fulls worth at most. Someone needs to be fired. This happens way to much at one store. Either manager, employee or even franchisee owner needs to go. **This review is on this specific location. Went through drive thru and asked for fresh fries. I guess when you ask for them to be fresh and they have a bunch of old in bin, they double fry them to "WELL DONE". Look at the receipt. Why would they put well done? So they don't waste anything. And yes, they were hard and dried out. I tried one. We had groceries so it wasn't worth the wait to have them make over or refund. (Note: their triple cheeseburgers are 50 cents cheaper than their double cheeseburgers.)"

"Another time at this place that my order was wrong. Missing food in the order. Had the sauce for the nuggets but no nuggets. The store was not busy. I did not check the bad, which is on me but I shouldn't have to. Do your job."

"Was here to eat with my son and when we got out food the burgers were raw and when I left I accidentally forgot my wallet and when I called to speak to a manager I told him as u walk in the door to the right in the booth is my wallet he then said “what do you mean to the right?” I said “do you not know you’re left from your right?” He then hung up on me I called back and asked why he hung up on me he told me he didn’t have time for my sarcastic comments. First off BERY unprofessional second of all I asked a simple question! Do not get rude with me and hang up especially when I know my stuff is there! Definitely won’t be going back"

"Ordered a Double Cheeseburger with mayo, bacon, and no mustard. Came with meat stuck together with cold cheese already like old, missing bacon, and everything on the side…of the burger. Medium fries were half full and not covering the gold bars as they should. Even after repair and heating up it made me sick all weekend. I made the “manager” in a red greasy untucked T-shirt that looked like maintenance refund it once my stomach recovered."
