"Went through drive thru to pickup 50 pre-ordered Biscuit sandwiches during the 24th annual Heat Up St. Louis fundraiser. Verified order at speaker, wouldn't fit thru pay window due to being in a transit bus. Had me pull around by the pay window, and a cheerful young lady brought out the order. She processed the cc transaction and furnished ne a receipt, all with a great help the customer attitude expected from a Customer Service. GREAT EXPERIANCE ! And the folks at the Sheltered Workshop enjoyed their treat !"

"Their food is getting more expensive and less quality at one time I loved their hot ham and cheese was delicious. I get it now and it just does not taste like it used to. I don’t know what it is but I miss the old hot ham and cheese. I miss the old Hardees bring back Hardee’s Hardees not cheap quality Hardee’s"

"Believe it or not, I’ve never been to a Hardee’s before. I didn’t believe it could ever compete with the other fast food places. So I went there today and it was splendid, it was really delightful. Food was amazing, the tables and seats were spotless, and the staff was wonderful. We had a cashier named Destiney who was super nice and paid for our meal, and also gave us extra fries. Definitely a 10/10 and an A+ for me."

"Come on Hardee's, we gotta do better. I know it's not a gigantic ordeal but coming from someone who has worked in a kitchen my whole life and love it, when I see a sandwich come out of a restaurant (especially of an establishment of this size) lacking the top of the sandwich as much this one was, it really makes me wonder how much the employees dislike their jobs. This points to management and the working environment in which this employee is working. I get that we get very busy at times but the person wrapping this sandwich knew what was being sent out. Rather they are being pushed to hard so stopping to fix this problem wasn't an option and just sent it out or they just didn't care enough to take the 45 seconds to slap together a new sandwich that it takes to make this simple sausage and egg biscuit but we honestly gotta do better. It's part Art and part Common Sense behind what we do. It's gotta look good, taste good and make sense. A sandwich with most of the top missing doesn't look good nor does it make sense. *Being petty: My other sausage egg biscuit had cheese on it (it was delicious!). But it was technically free (buy one get one free) so I can't complain about not being charged for cheese. However it's not what was ordered, just send out what was ordered, accurate, complete and tastes good. Simple as this. Lol. Thanks Hardee's team! Keep pushin it out! :)"

"Welcome to Hardee's, where the staff are friendly but the food is lacking. The store was very clean. Honestly, it should be. I almost never see anyone eating there. The sandwich my wife got was really oily as it had only been toasted on one half. I got the chicken biscuit. My opinion is that it tastes like it was cooked previously and microwaved today for me. The chicken had zero crispiness and was overcooked. The staff are so friendly that I was sure I'd have a great experience, but the food really let me down. Sorry to say I probably won't be back."
