"The busses are great to have! Great bus drivers most of the time. Need to enforce the no drinking or eating on the busses. Too many times spilled drinks are on the seats. Plus garbage from people eating on it."
"They are great with helping you get from point a to point B and the pricing is really great. My only downside is it takes an hour and a half to get anywhere but I think the bus drivers are sweet and the receptionist are fantastic. Thank you for getting me to point a to point B."
"Drivers are super friendly! Buses are clean only issue wish they had Sunday routes and later routes . The last route is 6pm. It would be nice if the last route was at 9pm"
"As a student who cannot afford a vehicle I need to back and forth from school. And I rely on the jule to take me there. However I take the bus early in the morning before the sun comes up when it is still dark outside. Today my driver drove past me once again. This could be due to the placement of the bus stop but I can't be late to school anymore days because of it. But besides that the service is mediocre at best. The bus drivers will rarely help me find where im even going."
"All of the drivers are extremely helpful in getting you to where you need to go. The staff inside the intermodal are willing to answer any questions you may have. By far one of the best public transportation services I've used in my lifetime."
