Tucker Freight Lines

"When i started here i thought it was great, very "family oriented" and very willing to be flexible with situations arising. Until two weeks ago and more so today. If you don't do as your "dispatchers" say you won't get miles or hours (depending on otr, flex, or local). If you let drivers be drivers instead of calling them constantly you get fired (because apparently dispatchers are salesmen), and if you give your two week, and have to go home during it to care for your wife who's ill (and mind you they've known that for the whole year you've been there) they'll fire you a week before your two week is up. There are some good people in the office (can count them on one hand), but not enough to make the company worth working for. I was a driver here and will NEVER recommend anyone to work here. I'm making much better money with more home time at my new company. Also fairly certain it's Shuree, or AJ, or Sauney that does the socials and google replies, so to whoever sees this, you need to get your office staff in order before they cause you to go under! Edit: the driver that is referenced in the comment (lie) below is my father not me, he did not "depart early" he was fired and was planning on finishing out his two week, he just needed to be off friday to care for my mother. Just another example of them lieing and trying to damage control. Seems the owners are so out of touch with what ACTUALLY happens. In their office that they just believe what they're told."
