"This location is the worst. First of all, every visit is two hours for nothing. They schedule all their appointments to one or two patients at a time, and they have at least four doctors. There should never be a wait longer than five minutes for a doctor to review the ultrasounds. Every tag that I have had have use excessive force during the ultrasounds except for one which was my last visit. They hardly answer the phones, and when they do they always wanna place me on hold. The last visit they had the doors locked when they scheduled me an appointment at 8 o’clock and the nurse was showing up after me and literally had to kick on the door for them to open it. Then, they have no customer service attitude they seem as though they don’t even want to be there. The doctors switch constantly, and it’s just unnecessary and petty. I called to talk to the nurse because I was having some pressure today and I was first in the queue, the office answered the phone and put me on hold for over six minutes. I called back and they had turn the phones over to the answering service. This is horrible! I even had to call yesterday because they’re charging my insurance for services that I didn’t ask for or need and then trying to bill me also. Also received a bill from a collection agency for a service that was charged by a provider that hasn’t been in their office for a long time before I ever even became a patient. So when I went to speak with the billing department she act like she couldn’t even find any information. So not only do they have horrible bedside manners, unsatisfactory customer service, and now fraud of medical insurance. This is ridiculous!"

"Really enjoyed my experience here! The front desk was really kind and my scan took a really long time but they were patient and gave me all the details I needed. I was actually able to meet with the doctor about my results right after my scan as well! I would highly recommend this practice."

"Dr. Johnston is great. I saw him during my first pregnancy and really appreciated the care he provided to me. However, I have had an awful time with his office staff while trying to schedule an appointment for my second pregnancy. His office scheduler, Stacy, is so awful that I have decided to switch MFM providers. She canceled my appointment without my consent and when I had requested to speak to Dr. Johnston regarding a question related to my past medical history, since he saw me during my first pregnancy, she denied me the opportunity to speak with him stating that she can only relay the message. I am a clinician myself and hope that my office staff does not treat my patients in that manner. On a separate note, I have to say that everyone at Dr. Johnston’s old location at North Austin was amazingly sweet and efficient."

"Was sent to Dr. Singh for my twin pregnancy, and I have enjoyed every visit to the office. The office itself is very nice. The front desk staff is friendly. Every US tech we have had has been wonderful. And Dr. Singh has a great bedside manner and instills confidence. Happy to be a patient here!"
