"I very recently had a total shoulder replacement and have been living my life in a sling, with mild to moderate pain during the day, but night time is the worst! I could not get comfortable last night but then I applied the Bone Setting Water, formulated by Healing Traditions. It is amazing and its effects were immediate!! The muscle and bone pain disappeared within minutes and now, hours later, I still feel the benefits. I love this stuff! I have used it successfully in the past on arthritic joints but this application for more acute pain was so remarkable, it prompted this review!"

"I couldn’t recommend the Bone Setting Water more. I applied it around my nose to hopefully heal an internal nose injury stemming from childhood and within 24 hours there was new blood circulating to the area and significant healing/closing of the wound. I also use the tincture on aches and pains including my shoulder, ribs, diaphragm, knees, and back, and within 30 minutes notice a reduction in pain and settling of the area. Sara and Gene are really onto something special with this."

"Update! 9/30/22: I’ve been using the Bone Setting Water made by Healing Traditions lately for general muscle soreness after work, but I’ve also recently used it after an ankle injury. It’s pretty immediately soothing, and has a really nice herbal smell. It feels kind of both warming and cooling when it goes on, and that feeling lasts longer that I would expect it to, which is great. Overall it seemed to help my ankle improve and relieved the pain, and for the other muscle pain it’s very soothing. Lastly I just learned that it is helpful for bug bites, which is really valuable for the huge amount of mosquitoes around right now. That’s a nice plus! (Here’s my original review too) I had my first appointment with Sara at Healing Traditions last night, though I had seen her previously at another clinic. First of all, the space is beautiful. I love places with character and her office definitely has that. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Great lighting and music and decorations. The massage table was heated and so, so comfortable. Most importantly, my treatment was wonderful. Sara listened attentively to what was going on with me, started out with cupping on my back, and then acupuncture. The cupping is always a favorite with me. Sara puts them on strongly but not at all painful, and my back feels really nice today. The acupuncture was painless and extremely relaxing. As someone who pretty much never feels physically relaxed, this was amazing. Mentally I felt more relaxed as well, perfect since I was coming in for stress and anxiety. My appointment ended with some herbal recommendations and other tips to help. Overall, Sara makes everything really comfortable, she's easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable in her work."

"Healing Traditions is my go-to place for maintaining my health. I’ve had the privilege of working with both practitioners & highly recommend both of their styles & breadth of knowledge. As a massage therapist myself, I have very high standards for my own practitioners & have full trust & faith in these two. Sara is intuitive & gifted in listening deeply & hearing beyond your words. Gene is thoughtful & very skilled in weaving energetic work into his hands-on approach. They are both compassionate & able to meet you where you are with a toolbox of techniques that includes acupuncture, massage, fire-cupping, gua sha & Chinese herbalism. After a life-altering injury two years ago, working with Sara & Gene helped me get back on my feet (literally) & even more so, I felt completely supported emotionally & energetically throughout my healing process. Healing Traditions’ Bone Setting Water has been a new favorite addition to my self-care routine. I use it primarily on my achy knees & ankles, & on areas with tendonitis. Upon applying it, I experience both a cooling & warming sensation that soothes & tingles, helping bring awareness to the affected areas without feeling too intense. After sitting with it, there’s a noticeable reduction in inflammation & ache. Plus, knowing that the tincture is made with natural ingredients & hand-crafted lovingly by practitioners that I trust makes me all the happier to use it. I’ve even started using it in sessions with my own massage clients with great results! 5 Stars, 10/10!"

"I have seen both Gene and Sara for treatments over the years, as well as used their fantastic herbal formulas. Most recently, I have been using their Zheng Gu Shui as I have been in recovery from a ACL reconstruction surgery. It’s been amazingly helpful and a great reminder how skillful they are with herbs. They are also practitioners with tremendous integrity. I could not recommend their services and products enough. If I could give them another star, I absolutely would, but until Google makes that possible we will have to stick to the 5 star review."
