"I made an appointment for a friend with this office and the representative taking the personal and insurance information assured me that they were in network with my friend's insurance. I had them check twice to make sure they were in network. When we arrived for the appointment we were greeted with, "We're not in network. You have to pay $xxx out of pocket." No "Hi, how are you today?" The person in the reception area was rude, abrupt, and never looked up from her computer. I asked to speak with the person who took the insurance information and made the appointment and was told that she was was located in Humble, TX. So much for accountability. I see the doctors as a reflection of their staff, since they hire them, so I can only imagine that the doctors are no better than their staff. In my opinion, the staff are uninformed, rude, and lack basic people skills. Also, no one called me prior to the appointment to tell me that the insurance was not honored. That would have saved us a trip and some anxiety. One star is generous."
