"I was told to come to my 11:20 appointment with dr Tolu (or however it’s spelled) when I called as I was traveling through the rain. Then I get to the building and when I walk in I was told to go to the 6th floor. I get there, they have no idea who the Dr is I’m walking around the whole building until someone informs me it was the third floor. I finally get there and was told I’m not able to be seen. I can already see they don’t care about their patients. I will not be getting my medical care from this group"

"Administrator who sets up appointments has a rude tone and seems to want to rush the call. I did not set up my appointment due to this reason. I was calling as a new patient, as I just moved and am looking for a new PCP. I will be looking elsewhere in my area."

"My Dr. recently joined this group and I’ve been trying to get an appointment with them. The number on her listed for them only sends me to other Dr.’s. This has caused me to possibly seek a new family physician and I don’t want to. This is why I’m giving this one star review. I have no other way of contacting my Dr. St. Luke doesn’t have an operating system to contact to reach other Dr.’s each time I dial the new number for my Dr I get others and they don’t answer or return calls."
