He came and cleaned my filthy DE filter and patiently explained the process of cleaning and flushing it so that I would be better prepared to service the filter in the future. He changed the seals in my main pump and fixed the leaks. He took the time to adjust the outlets in my pool for better circulation and gave me more tutorials on my equipment and recommendations for managing my pool. All at the base quoted price for the filter service and seal change. Great service."
