"During a lightening storm all of my high end kitchen appliances got fried. I was terrified I would have to replace them all. Victor came and did a very thorough assessment and was able to repair them all at a fair price. He also helped with surge protection. I also got a quote from Uptown and they told me I had to replace the dishwasher (Victor fixed it) and their quote was much higher. Their guy did a very quick (15 min) assessment. Victor is a professional, no nonsense guy and very trustworthy."

"We were very impressed with the service and highly recommended the business. The whole process of working with National Appliance Repair was seamless. A technician came out to inspect our LG washier and dryer the day after we inquired. They were able to identify an issue with the washer in a few minutes. A part needed to be ordered, and it was convenient for us to review the quote online, as well as pay the deposit. The part we needed for the washier arrived later that week and within a week of the initial visit, it was fixed. The dryer and exhaust duct were cleaned out during the initial visit as well. The duct was worn out and had some holes in one of the sides, so the duct was cut to eliminate the holes and was installed properly tight to the wall. When the technician came out 2nd time to finalize the washer repair, we also asked to look into our Viking refrigerator which we thought was not cooling properly, and it was fixed the same day. A new dishwasher is on the way and we will definitely ask these guys to install it. Needless to say we will continue working with them for all our appliance repair needs!"
