"Tried working with him for three months on a repair on our rental's dishwasher, prepaid for part and his diagnostic service and never received part and now he will not answer the phone or return our calls. Do not use this service if you can help it, more of a scam artist than a plumber."

"This place was referred from an app called ANGI. after agreeing to buy a part and repair - he asked to be paid out side the app complaining that for some reason his bank doesn't work with the app. the after paying him for the part because he states that he has to order it first - he wanted to be also be paid ahead for labor. after 3 weeks of constantly asking for update ( this is 3 weeks without a washer) he said that the part is now coming in 3 days since the first place he ordered was out of stock-- but he never updated me unless i asked and once it took 3 days before a response came. i patiently waited 3 weeks and then said lets just cancel the project but he refused to refund money for the part even though i would not get it. he said he would return the labor part but waiting on the deposit."

"Do not buy anything from them!!!!! Last weekend my dryer went out and with it being bad timing I did not have much money to purchase another one. I called around a scratch and dent companies when I reached Rhonda from KT Scratch and Dent on Park Row in katy! She said she had an older model dryer that I could purchase for 80 dollars that if I didn't mind what it looked like that it worked great and I could buy for cash and carry! So on Wed my husband agreed to go pick it up before she closed at 6 and I paid for it over the phone! It's gas so didn't get it connected until Thursday night. I washed a load that evening and put in dryer on Friday! This dryer took 3 whole cycles to even dry a small load of clothes! I worked from 6:30 am till 9 pm. so Saturday morning we decided to call Rhonda to let her know the dryer did not work properly and I would like to return it! She got angry and told me that I didn't purchase a warranty and that she told my husband to connect it Wed night and call if anything. Which she did not say, then asked me why it took til Thursday night for us to connect it. Yelling on the phone she said she would call me back and hung up. Then an hour and a half later had a technician call me to tell me if was probably the vent in my house! I told him it was not the vent it is clear and that I was going to return the dryer I needed one that works and asked to speak with Rhonda. He said she wasn't there and would call me back. I had already loaded the dryer up and was pulling into the business within the 5 min I got off the phone with him. She was locking up and getting into her vehicle. I got out and asked to speak to her about the dryer I would like to return it... She proceed to yell at me in front of her kids that she would not refund my money and take the dryer back because I had no warranty. I reminded her she did not offer me a warranty and said it worked great. Screaming at me with her kids in her vehicle pulls off and leaves me standing. Absolutely do not buy anything from this business or her. She is a crook! Horrible establishment! I am report this to the Better Business Bureau and I also recorded the whole conversation of her screaming at me!"

"Horrible people & worst establishment. They sold me a stove & Ronnie promised it all worked just great, took it home & a 20 minute pizza took 45 minutes & still doughie. I contacted then & kept getting ignored. Very horrible business & I will never ever buy or recommend them."
