"I don't get all the positive reviews. I had a Groupon for brakes and called to make an appointment. They don't pick up the phone, they call you back when you leave a message. I got there at noon as scheduled to find a closed warehouse in an otherwise empty field. I called and called for half an hour while waiting in my car and no one answered. I contacted Groupon for a refund and went elsewhere for service."

"It is becoming more and more rare that companies truly prioritize customer service. I was having a terrible day. People make mistakes and car issues are rarely expected. We thought it was one issue but it turned out to be both front wheel bearings. I was having a bad customer service experience, partly because I have been taken advantage of and over charged from other mechanics in the past and it’s caused me to be distrustful. The manager at Discount Car Care Katy Mills called me and apologized. Right off the bat before asking me any questions. Just apologized for the fact that I was having a bad customer service experience. Then he went above and beyond to turn my experience into a positive one. Got parts delivered over a holiday weekend and got me back on the road asap. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend! Customer for life."
