"Only one elevator works so save yourself the time and take the stairs. Also their breakfast is terrible and isn’t free. They clearly care more about their profit than taking care of their guests. Will the bartender was great though."

"Had an awful experience at this location. To start I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and housekeeping barged in anyway at like 9 in the morning waking me up which was really annoying since I was in town to work a shift that was 2pm to 10pm, and it threw me off the whole day. Then they charged my card for the entire amount of the room when it was covered for my company. The manager assured it would fall off in a couple of days, but it took an entire week for me to have that 985 dollar charge to drop off my bank account. I called the management and reported this and instead of giving me points they make it up to me with a breakfast burrito for one of the days."

"The staff is nice, the place is clean. They have breakfast and a kitchen and things come out quickly. However, I am writing this review because of one person: the bartender. His name is Will and he is super fantastic! He remembered what we ordered, he brought us our drinks at the seats, he is all around amazing. So even if you don't stay here, hit up the bar for great customer service!"

"Loved it. The room was very spacious and we really appreciated how pet friendly they are. The staff is very helpful and there's a coffee/tea bar in the lobby. The historic significance display was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again when we pass through Dallas next time."

"So this building has two hotels in the same building a Fairfield inn & suites as well as a Marriott Town center. It has a feeling of an old converted warehouse. We had a huge pillar in our room. Although the 15-ft ceilings made the rooms feel very spacious. Well we were there the TV service was not fully operational and our in-room refrigerator was not working. When we asked for some assistance they ask us how long we were staying to determine whether it would be worthy of sending your repairman. There's also no in-room microwave. The bed seemed fine and the bathrooms are very roomy. We got out of the room late one day after housekeeping you come by we told them we were leaving and ask him if they would go into freshen up the room. When we got back at 6:00 that night no one had been into the room and we had to go beg for clean towels. Perhaps the oddest thing about this is that the lobby entrance for this hotel is tucked away on a back side street. They only offer valet parking for $30 a day. On street and lot parking is available nearby but you will have to pay."
